Development overview

Veecons has signed a joint venture agreement with the owners of Velu street, West Mambalam to develop a three-story 6000 sqft building on a plot with an area of 4700 sqft in the West Mambalam neighborhood of Chennai. Veecons is targeting a July-22 construction launch with a 250-day construction schedule contingent on permits and final approvals.

Flooring And Tiling

1. Living, Dining and Bedrooms shall have First quality vitrified tiles from SOMANY / RAK / KAJARIA of 4’ feet * 2’ feet tiles with 4” inch height skirting (rate of Rs. 100 per sq. ft.).

2. Tiles in Living, Dining & Bedroom will be laid with 3mm spacer with Bal Endura/ Laticrete grout.

3. Bathrooms shall have First quality wall tiles of 2’ feet * 1’ feet glazed / matt from SOMANY / RAK / KAJARIA and flooring shall have matching first quality anti-skid tiles.

4. Bathroom flooring shall have a 3mm spacer with matching epoxy grout.

Sanitary And Plumbing

A. Inner Plumbing

Bathroom and kitchen water lines with FINOLEX CPVC pipes.

2. Overhead tanks to bathroom and kitchen water lines with FINOLEX UPVC pipes.

B. Outer Plumbing
