With over thirty years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering, Mr. Radhakrishnan is one of the most reputed and reliable engineers in the city of Bangalore and Chennai. Mr.Radhakrishnan heads the Venus Group overseeing nearly 50+ engineers and designers. Over the years he has worked with most of the pioneer developers in the industry, promoting over one million square feet of residential and commercial spaces.

R. Karthik

M.S (Struct)

Having graduated from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, Karthik worked for a few years an American structural engineering firm specializing in steel structures, warehouse buildings and seismic retrofitting. Having moved back to India, he now heads the Consultancy and Interior Design wing of Venus, also acting as the CEO of Niche.

Kaushik Radhakrishnan

M.S Const. MGMT.

Kaushik's work experience varies from single-family, multi-family housing, luxury residential projects, and commercial office spaces. As a Project Manager at Stiles Construction in Fort Lauderdale, US, he strived to deliver value across the entire project life-cycle, from early planning and development, project optimization, risk management, engineering, procurement, and construction through the life-cycle of the project. He was also a part of the CHENNAI METRO RAIL PROJECT. Kaushik has a Bachelors's in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and a Master's in Construction Management from the University of Florida, Gainesville.

In the year, 2003 the National Excellence Award in construction field, namely “INDIRA GANDHI PRIYADARSHINI AWARD” was given to Mr.S.Radhakrishnan, Managing Director, Venus Constructions, from THE NATIONAL AWARENESS FORUM, New Delhi, for a hospital constructed in Bangalore for Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospitals.

In the year 2015, Mr.S.Radhakrishnan was awarded “EXCELLENCE IN LUXURY HOMES” by the CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AWARDS for 2014. The award was presented by His Excellency, Dr.K.Rosaiah, Governor of Tamil Nadu.
